Use this form to notify any potential heirs (people who would have have inheritance rights under the law or a will if the TOD deed had not been signed) that the TOD deed is in effect and you are transferring the property to yourself under the TOD deed, and that they have a deadline to file any objections.

Be aware that changing the language on some forms may affect their validity and enforceability.
