Effective April 13, 2026, Civil Filing will move from the Hall of Justice and Room 102 at the Gordon D. Schaber Courthouse to the 2nd floor of the Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye Courthouse (500 G Street).

Interlocutory

An interim or temporary order or judgment. An interlocutory appeal concerns only a part of the issues raised in a lawsuit. (Compare to DECREE.)
