Sign HERE: Viability and Implementation of Electronic Contracts & e-Signatures

This online video qualifies for 1 General participatory credit hour when continuously watched in full.

Electronic contracts bring a unique set of risk, compliance, and litigation issues to business transactions. The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) have provided rules for creating binding electronic contracts, but legal questions and concerns still exist.

In this video, Tyler Q. Dahl will cover how to identify and resolve the veracity of an e-contract, and clarify the requirements for what is and is not a valid electronic signature.
