Commissioner Cintean spent more than 10 years building a successful practice as a State Bar Certified Specialist in Criminal Law before being appointed as a Commissioner to the Sacramento Bench. He will outline the nuts and bolts of starting and building a successful practice from scratch. He will provide this information from the perspective of a lawyer as well as from the perspective of a Judicial Officer in Criminal Court.
