This educational Video is designed for licensed attorneys and members of the public who want to know more about estate planning for people with special needs. We will cover the basics of public benefits and special needs trusts. We will also look briefly at the use of conservatorships and ABLE accounts. This is a rapidly developing area of the law addressing the needs of an important population in our state.
