Building off the foundation laid in the “Law Library Basics:” series, this one-hour class will focus on the theory and practice of using free and fee-based databases to find on-point California cases. In addition to examining techniques for constructing effective and efficient searches, the class will feature numerous exercises for participants to apply these techniques on free sources like Google Scholar and the California Courts Opinions database.
