About the Program: Whether you’re in a small firm, corporation, or big law, taking care of your time and energy are essential to supporting a busy and thriving career. In this workshop, coach and attorney Megan Moore will teach skills that impact not only the way we respond to busy schedules, but also provide new ways to think about managing energy to avoid feeling overworked and overwhelmed. Participants will leave with strategies related to wellbeing, fulfillment, and time management that can be immediately implemented.
- Attendees leave with a new understanding time and energy management within challenging and/or busy law practices;
- Attendees understand how personal values and accountability can create a less stressful, more balanced and productive life;
- Attendees have multiple tools to eliminate distractions during the workday; and
- Attendees leave committed to immediately implementing at least one of the strategies discussed.
About the Speaker: Megan Moore is a certified professional coach and attorney. She has successfully practiced law in many forms since 2008. Megan specializes in coaching high achieving lawyers and busy law firm teams to find clarity and direction for pivots, profit, and promotion. She is a regular speaker on leadership development, work-life balance, and strategic professional growth. Megan is a 2026 Board Member for the San Diego County Bar Association and 2026 Chair of the SDCBA’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Division.
