His practice focuses on business law, estate/succession planning for business owners, and tax law. Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential legal pitfalls in successor liability in business transactions and the importance of proactive due diligence to ensure their clients don’t end up unknowingly “buying a lawsuit.”
