Introduction to Enforcement of Judgments

This webinar course will provide a basic overview of debt collection and money judgment enforcement procedures. This course is a nuts and bolts overview for judgment creditors and their attorneys. The course will include discussions of prejudgment writs of attachment, post-judgment writs of execution, wage garnishments, judgment liens, judgment debtor examinations, and turnover orders.
