Beginning with the appeal and concluding with the Board’s final decision, information will be presented on what parties can expect from the State Personnel Board and its Administrative Law Judges. The presenter will also discuss various issues parties have confronted and approaches that may be taken to avoid these concerns. Information will be free-flowing and participants are encouraged to ask questions.
