Evidentiary Hearing Process 2022 before the State Personnel Board (WEBINAR)
This webinar will provide an overview of the procedures utilized by the State Personnel Board to resolve appeals from actions taken by employers against employees under the State Civil Service Act. Beginning with the appeal and concluding with the Board’s final decision, information will be presented on what parties can expect from the State Personnel Board and its Administrative Law Judges. The presenter will also discuss various issues parties have confronted and approaches that may be taken to avoid these concerns. Information will be free-flowing and participants are encouraged to ask questions.
