LATE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THIS EVENT IS $35.00
This presentation will cover an exploration on the interpretation of law, in particular, Canon law and how that approach differs from the American system of interpretations. A judicial perspective will focus on where American courts have given deference to Canon law in various rulings; i.e., rulings in the American civil system, not points of international law.
Participants will garner insights on how Canon law, in its design, is interpreted and therefore possible effects in American Civil Law.
