Lexi Howard, Esq.

Lexi Howard (she/her) is an attorney at the California Secretary of State. Before that, Lexi was in private practice as a real estate and business attorney. Before, during, and after law school, Lexi was a public policy advocate and contract lobbyist. Before that, Lexi worked for 26 years for a national title insurance and financial services corporation.

Lexi serves on the Board of Directors of SacLegal, Sacramento’s LGBTQ+ Bar Association and the Sacramento LGBT Community Center, the Diversity Board and the Capital Advisory Board for McGeorge School of Law, and as a mentor, including for high school students in the Law and Public Policy Academy at a Sacramento public high school.

Lexi earned a J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, and a B.S. in Business Management from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.
