Kent Gray, JD

Kent Gray received his J.D. at Drake University Law School, which includes a certificate in Legislative Practice. Afterward, he obtained his Ll.M. for Pacific-McGeorge School of Law in Government Law and Public Policy. Kent has overseen regulations for different state agencies for the past seven years. Currently, he is Regulations Manager at the Emergency Medical Services Authority. Kent is the first to hold this position at EMSA and in addition to normal regulatory work, he is tasked with developing and training a unified regulation process for all of EMSA.
