Jay J. Brown is an attorney with Community Legal Advisors Inc. For over 30 years, Jay’s practice has focused on representing community associations. Jay has presented numerous educational seminars for the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County, San Diego County Bar Association, California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) as well as educational classes for the San Diego County Law Library and several adult education programs.
