Effective April 13, 2026, Civil Filing will move from the Hall of Justice and Room 102 at the Gordon D. Schaber Courthouse to the 2nd floor of the Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye Courthouse (500 G Street).

Preliminary Hearing

The hearing available to a person charged with a felony to determine if there is enough evidence (probable cause) to hold him for trial.
