Mark A. Serlin

From 2002 to present, Mark A. Serlin has been the Managing Partner of the commercial litigation firm of Serlin & Whiteford, LLP with an emphasis on commercial collections, receivership, business litigation, and business counseling. Clients range from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Serlin began his career in 1986 handling extensive lending and real estate transactional work as well as general business matters, including commercial collection and bankruptcy matters for creditors and trustees. In the 90’s he honed his expertise with an emphasis in commercial collection, receivership, creditor bankruptcy and general business matters for institutions and individuals.

He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1985. Member of Business Law and Real Property sections of the State Bar. Admitted to all Federal District Courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Numerous pro hac vice appearances in state and federal courts throughout the Western United States.

Mr. Serlin is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the California Receivers Forum.
