What Can Be Recovered from Mobile Devices and How to Get to It So It Can Be Used in Litigation (WEBINAR)

This webinar will cover the latest technologies related to mobile devices and tools and techniques now available to forensic examiners to recover evidence such as location information, deleted text messages, browsing data, and other artifacts. The presentation will also include a brief introduction to cell tower data, what it provides, and how it is mapped. Cell phone technology and forensic tools have evolved greatly over the last year or two and capabilities to recover data have changed as well, some for the better, others not so much. In addition, the presentation will answer some of the most often asked questions regarding what can now be recovered from mobile devices, how to get to it and how it can be used in litigation or investigations. Don Vilfer is the President of Digital Evidence Ventures, now providing Digital Forensic Services for over 20 years. Don is an attorney by background and former Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, last in charge of White collar Crime, Computer Crime and the Computer Forensics team.
