About the Program: Demonstrative evidence can be powerful in so many ways. But how do you best set up demonstratives to tell your client’s story? And how do you lay the foundation through the case to ensure you’ll be able to use the demonstratives? Join trial lawyers Noah Moss and Eric Ganci as they discuss approaches, the law, and experiences with various approaches regarding all of this.
About the Speakers:

He spent the first 12 years of his practice running his own firm in various forms, with a focus on representing persons arrested for impaired driving by understanding and explaining to juries the objective science behind alcohol and drug testing. In 2021, Eric joined Casey Gerry as a trial lawyer representing Plaintiffs for civil justice where within 4 years Eric grossed $20.9 million in case closures through trials and settlements, $12.5 million alone in 2024. In 2025, Eric joined Antonyan Miranda, LLP to continue representing Plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury civil cases.
