Understanding how our clients’ backgrounds may impact their experience with and in the justice system is key to providing quality legal representation. This panel will explore the ways attorneys can effectively identify and address the under-recognized needs of various groups they represent to ensure equal access to justice. This panel will be comprised of attorneys and judges sharing how they navigate working with clients and parties from backgrounds different from their own.
