Commissioner Jaya Badiga

Jaya Badiga (she/her) is a commissioner at the Sacramento Superior Court and is assigned to a domestic violence and child support calendar.  Commissioner Badiga is a certified family law specialist and has worked in Family Law for more than ten years.  She has worked in private practice, non-profit and government roles in her legal career.  Commissioner Badiga is a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and was also an adjunct faculty member at McGeorge School of Law.  Commissioner Badiga holds her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and also has a joint masters degree in International Relations and International Communications from Boston University.
