Where there are multiple owners, you will usually find a form of title written on the old deed, right after the names of the people who became owners (grantees). For example, it could say "Bob Roberts, a single man" or "Jane Jones, Frank Smith, and Kit Smith, as tenants in common with 1/3 interest each."
Sometimes there is no title included on the deed. If there is NO form of title, select "No." If there is a form of title, select "Yes."
