Courts are continually making it clear that relevant cell phone data must be considered as part of litigation. Of course, facts obtained from the phone may be the key to success for your case. Recent developments in cell phone forensics have led to the ability to retrieve critical data points such as location, speed, user interaction with the phone and much more. Don Vilfer, JD, President of Digital Evidence Ventures, will detail the types of information available, how it is obtained and give examples of how this data has been put to use in some of his recent cases.
