Marcia Augsburger has more than 26 years of experience litigating a broad range of civil disputes and class actions in federal and state trial and appellate courts, particularly in the healthcare industry, assessing and advising clients on risk, resolving disputes, serving as a dispute resolver, and handling complex healthcare transactions and counseling.
