John V. Airola, SBN 155950, has been an active member of The State Bar of California since December, 1991. From admission until October of 1997 Mr. Airola worked for law firms in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury, business litigation and constitutional property rights litigation. He opened his own law office, Airola Law Offices, in October of 1997. Since that time he has almost exclusively handled plaintiff’s personal injury cases.
Mr. Airola has always been interested in technology and organization in the law office. Beginning in 1993 he began using his laptop during depositions. In addition, he utilized the available technology to avoid “reinventing the wheel”. In addition to technology, John also employed general office organizational strategies to be more efficient. Since 1999 he has been using binders and tabs which translate into highly organized files.
It is this desire to be as organized and efficient as possible that drove John to develop strategies in his own law practice to save time, reduce stress, avoid office filing and calendar mistakes and save money.
Mr. Airola has been a speaker at a number of MCLE programs given by the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association in the areas of law office technology, organization and efficiency, in addition to ethical considerations surrounding technology, social media and cloud computing.
Mr. Airola received his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Chico and his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
