New date for ‘Electronic Data as Evidence’ & new class: ‘User Friendly Legal Writing’

A new 2-credit MCLE class is now available for registration: “User Friendly Legal Writing,” coming up on Thursday, June 7. Taught by J. Angelo DeSantis, this is a companion class to his “Short, Clear, and Organized Legal Writing.”  Sign up at bit.ly/2I3m1Nr . This class explores how to organize and structure legal writing to effectively communicate with the reader, using elements such as introduction and transition sections, meaningful headings, choosing where to split paragraphs and sections, and more.
