Father C. Hightower, S.J.

Father C. Hightower, S.J., serves as the religious Superior of the Sacramento Jesuit Community, since 2013. He graduated from Seattle University in 1992 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and also holds Master’s degrees from Gonzaga University (1999) and the Weston Jesuit School of Theology, Boston College (2004). He entered the Society of Jesus in 1994 after serving as principal and director of housing for an orphanage in Haiti. Between 1999 and 2007, he taught at Jesuit preparatory high schools in Washington State, where he also coached boys and girls soccer, winning two state titles. From 2004 to 2007, he was Director of University Ministry at Gonzaga University.
