Eli Roth received a J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law, although she began her legal career at the age of 15, proofreading legal documents for a solo practitioner. She has worked in both small and large law firms, as a contract attorney, in private practice, and in legal education.
As a Law Professor and Associate Dean at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, Eli taught legal research, legal writing, and legal skills classes in addition to substantive courses in agency and business organizations. She has also taught legal research for MCLE courses and to paralegal students.
Eli’s law practice experience has been primarily in civil litigation, with emphasis on real estate and commercial litigation. She also has extensive experience representing small businesses, particularly restaurants, assisting with business formation and meeting their transactional and litigation needs. Most recently she has focused exclusively on civil appellate work.
